Bus shelters
The MRC has purchased four distinctive bus shelters, three of which have now been installed at heavily trafficked bus stops in downtown McLean. They are located at the corner of Chain Bridge Road and Westmoreland Street, on Chain Bridge Road between the Solana Village Shopping Center and Sun Trust Bank, and on Chain Bridge Road in front of the Old Fire House.
Benches
MRC has purchased 10 benches, which have been installed at bus stops around the Community Business Center. This activity supports the goal of making McLean a more comfortable area for pedestrian and transit users.
